In addition to the legally required warranty, FISCHER offers further additional guarantees on the e-bike.
- On Brose and Bafang models with integrated BN10 battery from year of manufacture 2021, we grant a 36-month warranty on the battery.
- All other models receive a 24-month warranty on the battery.
- Degeneration of the cells and thus of the capacity due to ageing and charging cycles are excluded from the scope of the warranty.
- Further guarantees: 10 years against frame breakage
